JS 101 job search coaches are typically professional career counselors, career coaches and trainers who have helped many workers in career transitions. Most JS 101 trainers have decades of experience in the field and have worked with all levels of the unemployed.

Juliana L. Ashley, JD, CPC - Career Coach


Juliana Ashley | Career Coach


Juliana Lucci Ashley is an Attorney, Speaker and Coach. She brings over 20 years of experience in law, the corporate world and television reporting to her coaching and presentations on Career Development and Communication Skills. Juliana uses her professional experience plus her years as a comedy improvisation performer to create dynamic and entertaining presentations that are fun, informative and life-changing for participants.

Having had several careers of her own, Juliana understands the challenges and pitfalls of career transition and has learned firsthand the keys to moving in and out of the job force, changing careers and finding a dream job. Juliana is passionate about helping people gain confidence in their job search and find work they love.

Juliana has a BA in International Relations from Trinity University. She earned her law degree from St. Mary’s Law School and is a Certified Professional Coach and member of the International Coaches Federation.


Agnes Dillard - Career Coach


Agnes Dillard | Career Coach


Agnes has over twenty years of corporate Human Resources and Organizational Development experience. Her expertise includes recruitment, talent management, succession planning, career development, policy development, EEOC compliance, conflict management and team development.

For the past 11 years, Agnes has delivered talent management and career transition solutions for Fortune 500 clients. She is a trusted advisor and coach for her clients and is skilled in helping them determine goals and learn marketing, communication and team skills. Agnes has been instrumental in establishing and implementing strategic recruiting and staffing plans for a variety of oil and gas companies.

Prior to becoming a Career Coach, Agnes spent 10 years in the Oilfield Services Industry in Human Resources. Agnes has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Sam Houston State University. She is certified in multiple assessment tools, including The Birkman Method, and 360 Instruments. Agnes is also certified as a Professional Management Development Coach.

Dee Duncan - Job Search Trainer


Dee Duncan | Job Search Trainer


Dee has fifteen years of diverse training, consulting, and teaching experiences. Working with Houston’s major corporations, she has built a well-respected reputation across the city’s industries. Dee’s areas of skills include teaching classes, and developing training programs. Active listening to clients’ needs to optimize their learning experience is key to her success. Qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Dee has advised colleagues in its best practices.

Previously, Dee worked in sales, marketing, and travel. Her extensive travel and lifelong appreciation for differing cultures led to work in diversity training, and teaching English to immigrants and refugees. As a presenter and consultant, Dee has promoted career management at the Society of Women Engineer National Conference, World Future Society Conference, and Association for Psychological Type (APT).

Dee holds a Masters in Human Resource Development – Training, from Oklahoma State University. Her undergraduate degree in teaching is from the University of Hawaii.

Ann Houston - Career Coach

Ann Houston is a Career Transition Professional and Career Coach who has provided one-on-one coaching for 300+ clients in the offices of Right Management, DBM and Lee Hecht Harrison in addition to individual clients in her private practice. She has coached individual clients and conducted workshops that include Resume Writing, Interviewing, Negotiating, Networking and Career Transition.

Ann created the workshop On the Road to Entrepreneurship for DBM that was attended by over 1,000 candidates including programs conducted at Motorola, Chevron Phillips and Compaq. Ann’s diversified background provides the basis for her ability to successfully coach a wide variety of individuals from the CEO to the refinery worker, from the General Counsel to all levels of support staff. Her networking expertise gives her candidates the best possible foundation for finding their next position.

Michael K. Landrum, ACC - Career Coach

Michael has over 30 years of experience working in various aspects of talent and leadership development. He works with clients to create and execute career strategies based on their skills, interests, and competencies. Throughout his professional career, he has enjoyed serving as a catalyst for the development, growth and success of his employees, client groups, and those whom he has mentored and coached.

He also provides coaching to leaders, assisting them to reach their full potential in the areas of self-awareness, trust, inspirational leadership, transition, and executive presence.

In addition to coaching in an individual setting, Michael also has a passion for facilitating workshops. He has facilitated sessions with participants in all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to senior executives. He is a seasoned leader and facilitator who consistently achieves positive results in both small and large group discussions.

Michael is an ICF-certified coach at the ACC level and is a member of ICF Global and ICF Houston. He is certified in the Hogan, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Voices 360, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the FIRO-B.

Jackie Verity - Career Coach

Jackie Verity, owner of Kaleidoscope Careers, has over 20 years experience in human resources and career consulting. Jackie is experienced in the design and delivery of group workshops on all aspects of career transition and the job search process. Jackie assists clients with self-assessment, preparation of resumes and cover letters, networking, job market research and successful interviewing and negotiation techniques. In addition to running her own successful coaching practice, Jackie has worked for the last eight years on a contract basis for Right Management, a global provider of Outplacement Programs serving those who have been laid off.

Originally from the UK, Jackie graduated with a BA Honors degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University and has an MBA from The Open University. She is Myers Briggs (MBTI®) Qualified. Since 1998 Jackie has lived and worked in Houston, Texas.

Peggy N. Williamson - Career Coach


Peggy Williamson | Career Coach


Peggy is an independent career coach with over 25 years experience in consulting, training, human resources and education. She has specialized in career coaching, helping professionals and executives assimilate into and succeed in new and changing environments. Peggy was with Right Management Consultants for sixteen years, helping people determine goals and develop essential marketing, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Her tenure with Right also included setting up and managing several Career Centers where she successfully led up to 20 consultants and administrators in helping over 2500 people through career transition.

Prior to joining the staff of Right Management Consultants, Peggy spent 10 years in the financial services industry as a management trainer and human resources generalist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at El Paso, is certified in Compass 360 Assessment, HOGAN, Executive Coaching, and has completed advanced training in the Birkman Method® Assessment.
